    I am trying to drop weight for health reasons and since I started on the vegan raw foods diet I have gone from 218 to 228. What’s with that?

    Frank, sometimes you gain weight before you lose. It also depends what you’re eating on the vrf diet. If you concentrate on high fruit, low fat and lots of greens you have a better chance of cleansing and dropping pounds. It also depends how long you’ve been eating sad and how much your system needs to adjust along with many other factors. Let us know your progress!

    I have a question. My question is regarding gas. Have lots of it even though I have been a vegetarian for a year. Went raw in the last two weeks. How can I get rid of it ?

    Love the raw diet but hate the gas.

    Hi Gayle, welcome and appreciate the question! Gas can be a result of many things, but most often it’s due to poor food combining. Do you notice what you eat and in what order right before you experience gas? For example, if you eat fruit after other foods, you’ll often experience gas. Dehydrated foods mixed with certain foods can trigger it also. What do you eat and in what order?

    Hello everybody! the raw food diet had helpt me very well! i’ve gone from 80kg to 67 till now just 7 to go :)
