A 'little bit' over time causes big issues in the long term and lets you feel ok in the duration until it's too late to stop the damage later in life. Since most everyone is brought up on cooked food, the body tolerates it and gets used to it. Your body is very adaptable, both in a good way and bad way... to protect you as long as it can. Heart and related diseases/cancers are the top killers of Americans today. Our country is also 75% overweight or obese and about 26% diabetic or pre-diabetic. Is this a coincidence with the way America eats today?

You also smile a lot, are happy, feel more at peace, more in touch with your body and health, more energy, require less sleep and hundreds of other benefits that only you can find out on your own.

P.P.S. My father has had liver problems and has been in the hospital twice with doctors threatening that if he didn't have surgery immediately he could die.
