What Happens When You Eat ‘Normal’ Food?

Stumble it!

Here's a brilliant example of what happens when you've been eating healthy, choosing a vegan raw lifestyle and then decide to eat 'normal', like most of America does.

What's especially interesting is the effect from just one plate of so called 'normal' food. Watch to see what he felt like... quite revealing.

So why don't people have reactions from 'normal' food every day?

It's because your body has become used to the toxic cooked foods, preservatives, sugars, chemicals, pesticides and other things found in so called 'normal' food eaten in the SAD (standard american diet) lifestyle. Only once it's been cleaned out and then have cooked food introduced can your body show a true reaction to what really is happening and the true havoc that it creates in a naturally healthy and clean body.

It's like someone mentioning that their is only a 'little bit' of MSG, pesticides, preservatives, plastics, drugs, metals, fluoride or any other chemical poison in your water or food. A 'little bit' over time causes big issues in the long term and lets you feel ok in the duration until it's too late to stop the damage later in life. Would you like a 'little' poison with your meal today? Most Americans do in every meal of every day.

Since most everyone is brought up on cooked food, the body tolerates it and gets used to it. Your body is very adaptable, both in a good way and bad way... to protect you as long as it can. You start feeling aches and pains slowly over time, which most often leads to disease and other health problems later in life. Look at the statistics. Heart and related diseases/cancers are the top killers of Americans today. Our country is also 75% overweight or obese and about 26% diabetic or pre-diabetic. Is this a coincidence with the way America eats today?

Conversely, eating a primarily fresh, living and raw diet keeps your body working optimally and avoids all the so called 'normal' aches and pains everyone seems to get. The colds, flu, strains, headaches, gas, indigestion, high blood pressure, high cholesterol... all brought on by your diet and life style... and easy to avoid on a raw lifestyle. You also smile a lot, are happy, feel more at peace, more in touch with your body and health, more energy, require less sleep and hundreds of other benefits that only you can find out on your own.

Will you take a step forward for YOUR health today?

To your best health!

Peace,

Mark

P.S. You can watch more raw food diet videos at our new video site. Enjoy!

P.P.S. My father has had liver problems and has been in the hospital twice with doctors threatening that if he didn't have surgery immediately he could die. Both times we did a detox and cleanse, changed his diet and he's literally a new person. Gratefully no surgery, just a change in lifestyle and a primarily vegan raw diet. In fact he's also off two pharmaceutical medications he's been on for over 5 years that have caused him difficulties (side-effects) for most of that time.  After re-examination the doctors asked what he did because all his large gallstones (and the source of his gallbladder attack and liver problems) were gone. Of course it was the miracle of fresh, organic living foods and letting mother nature take its course... getting out of the way and letting our bodies heal themselves. The only way we can truly heal.

Seeing this video makes me want to go back to being a raw vegan again….I remember I felt exactly the way he did when I stopped.

i went raw vegan while living in china (mainly because i was scared of the food) after being vegetarian for twenty years. the change from vegetarian to vegan was relatively simple–i found that i didn’t miss certain foods as much as i expected. i was tired and drained the first week (detoxing), but after that hurdle, things were perfect. i woke up with energy, felt the urge to exercise and bring my body to its optimum strength, and have never experienced mental clarity quite that way. i stopped after about six months because my weight dropped to 100 lbs (i’m 5’8), and nothing i ate would bring it back up….even eating 3000 cals/day. of course, i felt great, and i’m rather small-boned, but i was even too skeletal for fashion’s sake and stopped booking jobs–even runway shows. the switch back to cooked and (eventually) processed foods was awful–stomach pains and exhaustion for about three weeks….not to mention an added thirty pounds in only three months. i felt sluggish, lazy, toxic. the smell of your body is different when you eat these terrible foods….when you’re only eating healthy, raw vegan foods, your skin clears, your breath is better, you don’t seem to smell like garbage if you don’t wake up and shower RIGHT THAT SECOND. now that i’m back to a “healthy” 125, i’ve switched back to the raw diet and plan on restricting exercise to low-impact yoga and pilates-style stretching and walking. never in my life have i had a weight problem, but i never thought i’d be one of those* girls that can eat anything they want, until i went raw vegan and pretty much ate non-stop for six months. the raw diet is surprisingly satisfying and becomes a lifestyle–you never feel like you’re deprived of your favorite foods because your body is conditioned to appreciate the feeling of nutrition instead of taste. you learn how important it is to EAT TO LIVE, DON’T LIVE TO EAT, and that simple switch in mentality carries into boosting confidence, fitness, happiness, freedom, and vitality. try the raw lifestyle, if only for a “30-day period.” it’s guaranteed to change your life for the better.
