    Looking forward to your content, Mark. I’ve been a vegan for six years and enjoy weight lifting/body building. Veganism is definitely the way to go. Doing blog searches on the term vegan this time of year (New year’s resolutions, Lent) shows how many people are looking for a lifestyle change to help them achieve all the things you mentioned.
