Delicious Thanksgiving Feast
What was on your raw ‘thanks-giving’ feast menu this year?
My daughter and I were grateful to share our feast, friendship and gratitude with good friends and a menu of:
- Kale Salad
with green onions, tomatoes, and avocado, cilantro, cucumber and dill dressing - Marinated Portobello Mushrooms
- Pumpkin Pudding
- Holiday Apple Sauce
- Chia Seed Tortillas
- Veggie Burgers
- Macadamia Banana Pie

After we enjoyed the meal, we had fun playing the piano, ping pong, a reflexology walk, jumping on the trampoline (ok, maybe not the best idea after eating!) and a 3/4 mile barefoot walk. The weather was sunny, mild and in the 70’s… just perfect!
